Which procedures may done at the same time as a Breast Uplift surgery?
Some women may wish to consider breast enlargement surgery at the same time as breast uplift surgery. This is possible and whereas this is done as a 2-staged procedure by many, Dr Oudit generally perform this as a single-staged procedure with exposure to a single general anaesthetic and a single recovery period which is more convenient for many patients. Your suitability for this procedure will be assessed by Dr Oudit at the time of your consultation.
Some patients may wish to have breast uplift with enlargement along with other procedures in our ‘Mommy Make-over’ package.
How can I select the right surgeon?
It is important to select a well-qualified, fully-accredited and experienced plastic surgeon preferably one who is a member of the BAPRAS. Every patient is unique and one option does not fit all. Your surgeon should be suitably experienced to advise which technique is most suitable for you to have the best result.
Your assessment is important and Dr Oudit will advise whether you need a breast uplift with your breast enlargement surgery.
Having your procedure done in the UK or Abroad?
No surgical procedure is risk-free. Although complications are rare, they can occur despite the best care provided by any surgeon. Dr Oudit does not advise patients to go abroad for breast enlargement surgery as if complications occur, these could be potentially serious and you need to know that you have an experienced surgeon at your side who you could see immediately for advice or treatment.
Although revisions are also rare, sometimes it is necessary to perform small revisions to achieve an optimal result. Services abroad may refuse to offer these to you.
