Lines and wrinkles are skin imperfections that commonly occur as a person ages.

What Are Lines and Wrinkles:

They are the result of a combination of factors, including a decrease in collagen production, loss of skin elasticity, and repeated facial movements. There are 2 types of wrinkles:

Dynamic wrinkles are caused by facial expressions and movement, such as frowning or squinting. Over time, these repeated movements can cause lines and wrinkles to form on the skin.

Static wrinkles, on the other hand, are visible even when the face is at rest. These are caused by a loss of collagen and elastin in the skin, as well as external factors such as sun exposure and smoking.

What Causes It?

Lines and wrinkles are a natural part of the aging process and can be caused by a combination of factors such as genetics, sun exposure, smoking, and repetitive facial movements. As we age, our skin loses collagen and elastin, which can cause the skin to become less elastic and more prone to wrinkles. Sun exposure and smoking can accelerate this process and contribute to premature aging. Additionally, repetitive facial movements such as squinting, frowning, and smiling can cause lines and wrinkles to form over time.

  I felt very comfortable with Mr Oudit right from the start.  I explained my problems to him and he was very informative about how he would perform my surgery.  I saw him before I had my surgery and I felt really at ease.  The pain after my procedures, revision abdominoplasty and thigh lift, was only painful when moving about, even then not too bad.  The pain went away gradually over the next week until it was barely noticeable.  Overall I would say it was very little considering the amount of surgery I had.  I felt cared for all through my surgery and after care.  Mr Oudit is a very caring person.  I would highly recommend him to friends.  I am really happy with the results.  I had to have a revision because of the mess made by a previous Surgeon, and Mr Oudit has done a wonderful job.  I can’t praise him highly enough.

  I made a decision to have my left ear pinned back because it was very prominent. I made an approach to the local BMI hospital and was given an appointment to consult with Mr Deemish. He explained the procedure to me and I left the consultation happy and confident that he would do a great job. Two weeks after the consultation I had the opertation. The operation was performed under a local anaesthetic, I did not feel anything apart from the injection. My ear was dressed and my head wrapped in a bandage, I had to keep this one for one week. I had mild pain and discomfort but was able to control that with paracetamol. When the nurse removed the bandage and dressing to reveal the result I was amazed and delighted with the result. It is now three weeks since the operation and I have no pain or discomfort. My ear looks "normal" and I am really pleased. Thank you Mr Oudit.
